This is an invite only session for our young children who have participated in interlcubs for MGM Gym, and are showing the character and skill to develop and progress as a Muay Thai fighter. This class will include fight technical drills and Sparring to help develop our young children's character and skill for when they step into the ring.

Intermediate Muay Thai

Our Muay Thai intermediate is for aspiring athletes and fighters and is invite only. In this class we work on technical drills on the bag, pads and with our partners, while also developing a strong mindset and cardiovascular base for fighting that will help you in the ring.

Technical Sparring

Technical Sparring

All sparring sessions require fighters to have 16oz gloves, groin guard, mouth guards, shin guards, and elbow pads. (Fighters can wear a head guard should they feel necessary)

Competitive Sparring is a place where fighters test there skills in a safe environment, and under pressure. So that they are ready to step into the ring to compete and win.
